Let me start off by saying I enjoy using the Sev7n products and have had no issues with product quality. My current issue and complaint is based on the nonexistent customer service. I purchased the five pack bundle of under spins (10 under spin hooks). I received my order on June 22nd and I only received one pack (2 under spin hooks) when the email said the entire order was shipped. At that time I sent an email stating the shipping discrepancy. I waited a few days after not hearing anything and sent a follow up email. Then I waited a few more days and sent a third email and still have not heard anything back. The only way to contact the company is through the email address, social media, and I'm guessing through the reviews. I have tried emailing multiple times and I don't have any social media accounts so my last option is through the review with the hopes this issue can be fixed. I would hate to not support this local small business in the future because of this issue. If the issue is resolved I will go back and edit this review.
